(2).What it the quality of your products?
Every product quality will be checked & cleaned before packing, Every step of production is carefully inspected by our professional QC clerk to ensure the quality of our products.
(3).Is it possible to negotiate the Prices?
Yes, discounts would be consider for container mixed or individual model.
(4).What is your minimum order requirement?
Our MOQ is 50pcs for narmal items, 20ft container for special items. Please email us for your item inquired.
(5).Can you make samples?
Yes, samples are accepted.
(6).What about the payment?
We accept 30% T/T deposit,70% based on copy of B/L. Or LC at sight
(7).How long will it take to execute my order?
Depends on your size of order, generally, 30-35 work days for 40'HQ container. Please let us know the quantity and model of the items to a correct production schedule.
(8).How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport.
(9).How can I know the status of production or my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
